Order Processing

  • All Paid purchase orders are processed and shipped the next business morning following payment confirmation.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM (local time) on Friday or during weekends will be processed on the following business day.

Zero Shipping Costs

  • Garden Water Ring, provides "FREE SHIPPING" with in the physical Contiguous United States = "Lower 48".

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • We use reputable carriers to ensure timely and reliable delivery.
  • Estimated delivery times will vary depending on your location:
    • Domestic Shipping (within the United States): Typically arrives within 3-7 business days from the shipping date.
    • Expedited Shipping: If available, expedited shipping options will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

  • At this time, we only ship within the United States.
  • We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately at richard@gardenwaterring.com.
  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns and Refunds

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused Garden Water Ring within 30 days for a full refund.
